Carey is the owner and principal of Cook Islands Real Estate Ltd. Originally from Sydney -Australia, he relocated to the Cook Islands over 25 years ago and has been helping clients buy and sell property in Rarotonga and across the islands ever since.
Carey specialises in Cook Islands investment property, tourism accommodation businesses for sale, and beachfront homes in Rarotonga and Aitutaki. Having gone through the relocation process himself, he understands the questions and concerns of overseas buyers and returning Cook Islanders and explains leasehold structures in a clear, straightforward way.
